Mundhum is a virgin trekking destination lying in Bhojpur, Province 1, Nepal. You enter into the neighbourhood of the Mundhum trek from 3165 metre high Temke hill and trek along through 3350 metre high Mayur hill past Silichung hill of the height of 4155 metres and finally into 3750 metre high Salpa Bhanjyang, also called Salpa Pokhari then step out from the region via Taksar, which has remained a trade centre of mainly the Newar community since the ancient periods of kirant, Lichchhavi, and Malla dynasties.
